Enduring Power of Guardianship
This document allows the guardian to make health care and lifestyle decisions on the principal’s behalf.
The interview allows for the appointment of up to 2 initial (or primary) guardians, and up to 2 substitute guardians. Where 2 initial or substitute guardians are appointed, they must act jointly.
Enduring Power of Attorney
This document gives the attorney the authority to manage the principal’s legal and financial affairs, including buying and selling real estate, shares and other assets, operating their bank accounts and spending money on their behalf.
The interview allows for the appointment of up to 2 initial (or primary) attorneys, and up to 2 substitute attorneys. Where 2 initial or substitute attorneys are appointed, they may act jointly or jointly and severally.
