You can add your company logo and use it as a default logo on all documentation created in NowInfinity.
How can I upload a new logo?
To upload a new logo click on the green button 'Upload New Logo'.
Information to add for a new logo:
- Name of the logo (required)
- Footer text - to display as a footer on the Cover page on all documents.
We recommend the following format:
Account name | Address | Phone | email
Note: the default footer text will be shown if you leave footer text field empty.

Note: You can upload multiple logos. Simply select the default logo from the table.
Once uploaded you can preview how the document will look with the logo and the footer applied by clicking on the highlighted button
How do I delete a logo?
To remove a logo click on the bin icon.
Note: If you delete a default logo, then the first logo in the list will be set as the default.
If all logos are removed, NowInfinity's logo will be applied to all documents and email templates.
How do I change the footer on the cover page?
The footer is linked with the logo. To change the footer on a cover page you will need to delete the current logo and re-upload it. When re-uploading the logo, enter the new footer details and click on Save.
