How to mark a document as signed or as lodged

For more information, please refer to the instructions below:

If a document was manually sent and signed by a client, you have the option to mark the document as signed and to upload the signed document to Corporate Messenger.


To mark a document as signed, Navigate to Menu> Lodgements > click on the 3 dots and select ‘Mark as signed’.

If a document was lodged outside of Corporate Messenger (i.e on the ASIC portal) you have the option to mark the document as lodged. 

To mark a form as lodged, click on the 3 dots and select ‘Mark as lodged’.
