What to do when the annual statement is showing as ‘Not Received’

An annual statement will show as ‘Not Received’ when ASIC has already sent the statement electronically either to you, prior to adding the company to Corporate Messenger, to a previous agent, or directly to the client. 

 

This tends to happen when a company is first imported into Corporate Messenger, and ASIC has already sent the annual statement.

 

To receive the annual statement again, click on the status ‘Not Received’ and select the ‘Merge Statement’ option.

 

This will re-create the annual statement documentation.
